Ventura Libraries Community Conversations

No Comments on Ventura Libraries Community Conversations

As part of the development of our new strategic direction, the Ventura County Library has been hosting a series of Community Conversations. Each of these facilitated conversations includes questions designed to help us better understand people’s aspirations for their community, the concerns they have, and what they believe might make a difference in strengthening the community.

Conversation Schedule – you are invited!

• Wednesday September 13, 6:00pm in the Topping Room at E.P. Foster Library
• Wednesday September 27, 6:00pm at the Bell Arts Factory
• Thursday October 19, 6:00pm at Jose Flores Community Center

We’ll take what we learn from our dialogue and use it to help make our work in the community more effective. We pledge to get back to you with what we learned and let you know how we’ll use what we heard. Hopefully you’ll be able to join us, but if you can’t make it in person you can also participate online!

These events are free and open to the public. For additional information, contact Irma Morales (805)256-4414 or irma.morales@ventura.org (link sends e-mail)
