Ventura County Library System in pleased to announce a new East Side library branch.
Featuring traditional library services, such as adult literacy tutoring, early childhood literacy classes, training classes and a collection of print materials.
Also making use of innovating technology, mobile furnishings and forward-thinking planning to expand access.
