For their Fall service project, Girl Scout Troop #60284 requested book donations from family and friends. Troop # 60284 is a combined troop of Ventura and Ojai girl scouts. Their project was very successful, resulting in a large collection of pristine books for all ages, children to adult. Many of the children’s books were donated to Casa Pacifica. The rest of the books were donated to San Buenaventura Friends of the Library. Many hours of work — collecting and sorting — went into this thoughtful project.
