Enjoy a variety of activities, including mini pumpkin decorating, Halloween photo opportunities and frame decorating, slime making, cookie decorating and a costume contest for kids ages 10 and under. The event is hosted by the Teen Advisory Group and sponsored by the Ventura Friends of the Library. .
