In honor of Black History Month the Ventura County Library and the Southern California Library Cooperative are continuing their Be the Change Series with author Richard Rothstein.

The Color of Law expands upon and provides a national perspective on his recent work that has documented the history of state-sponsored residential segregation. Richard Rothstein argues with exacting precision and fascinating insight how segregation in America is the byproduct of explicit government policies at the local, state, and federal level.
