PAWS for Reading celebrates its 20th Anniversary at Ventura County Library. EP Foster Library is happy to host the 20th anniversary of Paws for Reading, a beloved program that has fostered a love of reading and community for two decades. Since its inception, Paws for Reading has brought children and therapy dogs together, helping young readers build confidence and a joy for books in a warm, supportive environment.
Join the celebration on Saturday, December 7 at 11:00 am at EP Foster Library!
Families are invited to attend the festivities, including photo area, crafts, and special doggie treats to take home to furry friends. Celebrate this anniversary with current and past therapy dogs and handlers and honor the remarkable dogs and volunteers who make it all possible.
This event is free and open to the public. For additional information, please contact Sienna Sydlaske, Youth Librarian Specialist, at (805) 648 2716 or sienna.sydlaske@ventura.org.
