Doug Taylor, author of “Bogota by Bus,” will host a free interactive workshop at E.P. Foster Library discussing writing and the elements of a successful novel.
Topics will include mapping out a novel in advance, character development, creating good dialogue, and the differences between action and descriptive narrative.
