Meet Alane Adams,
author of the Legends of Orkney series. Fascinated by books based on mythology,
she built an entirely new world for her fantastical realm of Orkney. She loves to explore characters that are deeply flawed and full of emotions like anger and frustration.
She’ll have words of encouragement for young readers and young writers!
In addition to her fantasy books, she has written a series of historical picture books for younger children.
